Biography:

Thomas C. Jones is a founding member of the law firm of Davis, Bethune & Jones, LLC in Kansas City, MO. Mr. Jones and his firm concentrates their trial practice in the areas of railroad crossing litigation, automobile/tractor-trailer litigation, product liability, professional negligence, and mass tort litigation. Many of the firm's cases have involved traumatic brain injuries to both adults and children. Mr. Jones received his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1985 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1988.

Mr. Jones is licensed to practice law in the states of Missouri and Kansas. Mr. Jones is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Missouri and the District of Kansas, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth Circuits. He has been recognized in the Kansas City Business Journal as "Best of the Bar" by his peers. In addition, Mr. Jones has been inducted as a member of The American Board of Trial Advocates. He is frequently asked to speak at legal seminars.
